Ava Canfield (12) is a leader in many aspects of her life, from senior class office to engineering, but she attributes much of her confidence to her experience with The Charger Account. “Before this, I leaned on others for big decisions, but now I’m confident in my own leadership,” Ava said. Stepping into a leadership position has taught her to think on her feet, communicate effectively, and navigate complex problems — skills she looks forward to putting to the test in college.
