On September 13th, the Innovate 9 English class went on a hike at Refugio State Park. This field trip was part of their first workshop “let’s go hiking” where they learn about the physical and mental benefits of hiking as well as argumentative writing skills.

Evie has been a lover of these reptiles since childhood, and is now an avid collector of all things dinosaur, everything from converse to jewelry. “The first thing I did was get my dinosaur shoes that I wear every day, and since then…dinosaur items.”
