Alex Ortiz’s (12) interest in technology spans multiple topics, including coding, website design, and embedded systems programming. Along with the projects that they’ve completed for the DPEA and other school programs, Alex has spent multiple months committed to an internship as well as creating their own website. Programming is something that Alex plans to pursue throughout their life, with many of their college choices being around furthering their knowledge of computer science and engaging in activities like game design and site building.
