Every year, the Santa Barbara International Film Festival has a variety of different panels and events that people can buy tickets to see. This year, one event was the Directors Panel, honoring Martin Scorsese and Justine Triet for their outstanding work on Killers of the Flower Moon for Scorsese and Anatomy of a Fall for Triet.

Nicola Bailey (11) is involved in a variety of hobbies, including acting, singing, writing, photography, and working towards her International Baccalaureate Diploma. Despite all of her passions, she still takes time to enjoy her favorite music artist. “Phoebe Bridgers is one of my favorite artists,” Nicola said. “Actually, I love her so much that I have three necklaces referring to her and her songs.”
